Join Chhange and Dr. Nicole Rizzuto as we explore the history of LGBTQ+ identities and communities in the United States. Recognizing that there are limited resources for teachers who are educating their students on LGBTQ+ history, Dr. Rizzuto has developed a historical timeline covering important events and figures from the 1860s - today. Participating educators will receive lesson plans that will assist them in implementing LGBTQ+ history and culture into diverse classroom experiences.
