This upcoming discussion, Personal Survivor History: Dr. Khachig Boghossian will introduce you to one of the Armenian Genocide Survivors featured in our exhibit Journeys Beyond Genocide: The Human Experience. Khachig was an established psychiatrist with a thriving practice in Europe when he left everything to be with his family at the start of the Genocide in 1915. While Khachig survived, he had to rebuild his life in Aleppo and he never saw his five younger sisters or his father again. Learn more about Khachig's life before, during, and after the Genocide, and see how you can share his testimony with your students, family, and friends.

Registering for this free webinar includes the opportunity to beta-test our new educational resource, Armenian Genocide Survivor Scrapbook: Dr. Khachig Boghossian. A pdf version of this scrapbook will be emailed to you at the end of the webinar, along with a survey about how you plan to implement this resource as part of your lesson plans.
