Join Chhange and Claude Kataire to commemorate the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda. Claude, a Survivor of the Genocide, dedicates his time to testifying about the Genocide and educating others about war crimes.
Born and raised in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda, Claude’s life changed in the blink of an eye in April 1994. As a teenager facing genocide, Claude was separated from his family and ended up alone in an orphanage.
Claude asks the question: “Why do genocides continue to happen in our society long after the world’s proclamation of ‘never again’ at the end of the Holocaust?”
