Starry Night: Generations Writing for Right

Chhange will feature the Academy Award-winning screenwriter for BlacKkKlansman, Charlie Wachtel, and his mother, acclaimed author Shirley Wachtel, a descendant of Holocaust survivors. The June 1st event will be at the home of George and Vita Kolber on the Navesink River in Middletown.

This event is a part of the 40 Years of Chhange anniversary celebration. All proceeds benefit the continued work of Chhange to educate, inspire, and empower individuals to stand up against injustice and become active, engaged citizens. The evening will begin at 7:00 pm and includes a cocktail hour, dinner with wine-pairing, and featured guest speakers, along with spectacular views of the Navesink River.
