Ms. Mutegwaraba lived through the harrowing lead-up to, and the inconceivable execution and aftermath of, the 1994 Genocide against the Rwandan nation's Tutsi people. As a Survivor, the founder of The Million Lives, a genocide relief fund, and the author of the memoir By Any Means Necessary Healing and Forgiveness After Genocide, Henriette will discuss this Genocide's effects and explore how Survivors show incredible resilience, rebuilding their lives through community, faith, and inner strength.
