Hands-on Educator Workshop and Student Art Installation

Elementary School, Middle School, and High School teachers from across all disciplines come together in January for this hands-on educator workshop. Teachers are presented with the year’s thematic concept and given lesson plans, digital materials and other resources to bring back to their classrooms, enabling their students participate in a collaborative art exhibit. Past years have focused on the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi in Rwanda, the Armenian Genocide, and Facing Racism.
